Interpreters typically rotate every 20 minutes.

Examples:

• Up to 3 hours: 2 interpreters

• Over 3 hours: 3–4 interpreters

 

■ Consecutive Interpreting

Suitable for business meetings, training sessions, site inspections, and media interviews.

Examples:

• Up to 3 hours: 1 interpreter

• Over 3 hours: 2 interpreters (excluding travel-accompanied assignments)

 

■ Whispering (Chuchotage) Interpreting

Rates & Cancellation Policy

​

Once interpreter arrangements are confirmed (after issuance of an order confirmation), the following cancellation fees apply:
(Calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.)

• 6–4 business days prior: 30%

• 3–2 business days prior: 50%

• 1 business day before or same day: 100%
