Acima Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (“this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (“the Services”).

A handling fee of JPY 1,000 per request will be charged.
Non-personal information such as history or characteristic data will not be disclosed in principle.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
Users may request correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction, etc.”) of their Personal Information if the information held by the Company is inaccurate.
If the Company determines that such a request is necessary, it will promptly make the Correction, etc.
If the Company decides not to make changes, the user will be notified without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc.)
If a user requests suspension or deletion (“Suspension, etc.”) of Personal Information on the grounds that it is used beyond the necessary scope or obtained by improper means, the Company will promptly conduct an investigation.
If the Company determines that the request is valid, it will promptly implement the Suspension, etc.
The Company will notify the user if Suspension, etc. is executed or if a decision is made not to implement it.
If Suspension, etc. requires excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, the Company may take alternative measures to protect the user’s rights and interests.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
Unless otherwise specified by law or this Policy, the Company may revise this Policy without notifying users.
The revised Policy will take effect when posted on the Company’s website.
