同時通訳およびオンライン会議(Zoom 等)での逐次通訳・同時通訳に対応できる方のご応募をお待ちしています。
 

We are seeking experienced Japanese–English interpreters to meet the diverse needs of our domestic and international clients. We particularly welcome candidates who are skilled in simultaneous interpreting as well as consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for online meetings (e.g., Zoom).

  • Zoomによるオンライン通訳者(同時・逐次)

Positions Available

  • Simultaneous Interpreter (on-site assignments in Tokyo)

  • Online Interpreter via Zoom (simultaneous & consecutive)

 

応募条件

  • 通訳学校において専門的な訓練を修了し、3年以上の通訳実務経験 を有する方
    (独学の場合は、通訳実務経験が6年以上ある方に限ります)

  • Zoomの同時通訳・逐次通訳機能の操作に習熟している方(歓迎要件)

  • 東京都内でのオンサイト同時通訳案件に対応できる方

Requirements

  • Successful completion of formal training at an interpreting school, with a minimum of 3 years of professional interpreting experience  *Applicants who are self-taught must have at least 6 years of professional interpreting experience

  • Familiarity with Zoom’s interpretation functions (preferred)

  • Ability to accept on-site simultaneous interpreting assignments in Tokyo

 

海外在住の方へ(オンライン案件のみご案内予定)

  • 安定したインターネット環境をお持ちであること

  • 日本時間の昼間(一般的な勤務時間帯)に対応可能であること(必須条件)

For Overseas Residents (online assignments only)

  • Must have a stable internet connection

  • Must be available during daytime hours in Japan (standard business hours, JST)

Please note that if any or all of the applicant's personal information, such as contact information, trial experience, or work history, is missing, your application may be disqualified and cancelled.

Use and provision of personal information

The personal information of applicants will not be used for purposes other than those stated or provided to third parties without the applicant's permission. Furthermore, your personal information will not be outsourced.

Inquiry, correction, and deletion of personal information

If you wish to inquire about, correct, or delete your personal information, please contact the "Personal Information Inquiry Desk" listed below. Applicants can inquire about, correct, or delete the personal information they have provided. However, we cannot correct or delete application assignments or trial content once they have been submitted.

Pass/Fail Results

Currently, only successful candidates will be notified of their results. We are unable to provide individual reasons for their pass/fail decisions.

Application documents

We will keep the application documents of successful candidates and those who made it to the final selection of the trial. For unsuccessful candidates, if the application documents are in electronic format, they will be securely stored and promptly deleted in accordance with regulations. For paper documents, we will responsibly dispose of them.
