Japanese Language Education Services for Foreign Employees

Acima Corporation

Japanese language education program for employing foreign nationals in the nursing care industry.

For Japanese language education and learning support in the nursing care industry (employment of foreign technical trainees and EPA certified care worker candidates), please leave it to Asima!

Our instructors have experience teaching Japanese to foreign staff in the nursing care industry.

The curriculum is, of course, tailored to the nursing care industry, but it also incorporates solutions to individual requests and consultations from our clients (nursing care facilities and medical institutions), making it a Japanese language learning service that can be immediately applied in practical work.

In the past, we have received inquiries like the following.

As part of COVID-19 countermeasures, I would like to conduct lessons online only, but can I expect the same learning effect from online lessons as from in-person lessons?

→Our company conducts all lessons online so that lessons can be taken anywhere in Japan. We make various efforts to provide online lessons that are more efficient and effective than in-person lessons (such as assigning homework and mini-tests, and conducting lesson reviews), and we strive to provide lessons that satisfy our students (foreign staff) and help them acquire results.

We are concerned about communication with foreign staff after they join our company.

We've been receiving an increasing number of inquiries along the lines of, "When we opened the lid...it seems they're not as good at Japanese as we expected." Just as water becomes stagnant if the flow of a river stops, language is something that is gradually forgotten if it is not used. It seems that many foreigners who were working hard at Japanese before the pandemic have forgotten it. Please feel free to use our services to help such staff members brush up their Japanese!

I want to improve communication with senior Japanese staff members and fellow staff members on site.

→This Japanese lesson will not only involve interaction with facility users, but will also include curriculum development that takes into account communication with everyone on-site.
