【募集職種】

営業エージェント　（業務委託　※3か月の試用期間あり）

 

【業務内容】

新規顧客獲得の為の営業活動、ご自身が獲得した顧客の管理（顧客管理）、見積書・請求書などの書類作成、週1回程度の営業会議への出席及びそれらに付随する全ての業務

 

【求める能力・知識・経験】
年齢：不問　（副業可、主婦歓迎、大学院生などの学生も可）※３年以上の法人営業経験があることが望ましい。
学歴：専門学校卒以上
国籍：不問（日本在住の外国人の場合は、日本国内での就労資格保持者に限る。また、日本語はビジネスレベル以上が必須。英語ネイティブの場合は、日本語が日常会話レベルでも可。）
PCスキル：PC所持者、基本的なPC操作が可能な方（マイクロソフトワード、エクセル、アウトルック、パワーポイント）
その他：自ら考え創意工夫できる人、やる気があり誠実な人、相手の気持ちを考えながら会話を進めることができる人、常に相手に対する敬意を持って人と接することができる人、日本人の場合は、正しい日本語が話せる方

 

【給与・待遇】
フルコミッション（完全歩合制）　試用期間中（勤務開始当初3か月）は利益の50％、以降利益の30％（継続顧客案件は利益の20％）
スキルアップ研修
正社員登用制度あり
頑張り次第で月収50万円以上可能！

【勤務地・活動エリア】
日本国内外問いません。但し、ご自宅または仕事場に高速インターネット環境が整っていることが必須です。

 

【勤務時間・休暇】
原則自由（通勤不要、お好きな場所で働けます）
但し、週一回程度の打ち合わせのために出社または電話会議（スカイプ利用）への参加をお願いします。

【教育制度】

弊社取締役は、サラリーマン時代に、某大手外資系銀行営業部にて3年連続営業成績ナンバー1を達成した経験のある、言わばスーパー営業マンです。その彼から直接営業のノウハウを学ぶことができます。頭を使った無駄のない営業活動を実践し、仕事を進めていきましょう。

 

【応募方法】
応募から採用までは以下の手順となります。
• 書類選考：履歴書、職務経歴書、本人確認書類のコピー2点（免許証、パスポート、保険証等。外国人の場合は、パスポートと外国人登録書）を郵送またはメー ル添付にてご提出をお願いします。　書類選考を通過した方のみに面接のご案内をします。　※頂いた書類はお返しすることができませんので予めご了承ください。

• 業務委託契約：面談の結果により、フルコミッション営業エージェントとして業務委託契約を締結します。

Sales Agent Recruitment (Full Commission Basis)

We are looking for a sales agent to join our multilingual translation and interpretation department.

[Type of Employment]
Sales Agent (Sub-contract basis. * 3 month trial period applies)

[Details of Employment Duties]
Marketing activities to attract new customers; account management; paperwork such as written estimates, bills etc.; attendance at sales meeting approximately once a week; and any other business pertaining to the above.

[Required Skills, Know-How & Experience]
Age: 18 years+ (suitable as a second job, or for students; housewives also welcome). *3 years+ experience in corporate sales preferred. 
Education: Junior college (2 year) graduate or above
Nationality: Undetermined (Foreigners resident in Japan must be eligible to work in Japan. The post requires business-level Japanese. Native English speakers must at least have every-day Japanese.)
PC Skills: Applicants should own a PC and have basic PC skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Other: The post would suit candidates of an honest character who are creative, can think for themselves and are motivated.

[Remuneration & Conditions]
Full Commission (100% Commission): 50% of profits during the trial period (i.e. the first 3 months of service); thereafter 30% of profits (20% for on-going client projects)

The potential to earn 500,000 yen or more if you do your best!

Income Examples
(1) Ms. A (in the second month of employment)
300,000 yen monthly income
(2) Mr. B (in the sixth month of employment)
500,000 yen monthly income

 

[Work Location / Business Locale]
Applicants may be based either in Japan or abroad. However a high speed internet connection is essential either at home, or at your place of business.

 

[Working Hours / Leave]
In principle, these are at your own discretion (there is no commute and you may work at your location of choice)

 

However, we ask that approximately once a week you either come into the office for a meeting, or make yourself available for a video/telephone conference (using Skype).

[Training]
Our director was previously a permanent employee in the sales division of a major foreign bank, where he achieved No. 1 sales results for three years running; in other words he is a super salesman. You will be able to learn the ins-and-outs of sales directly from him. By using our heads, we can get on with worthwhile sales & marketing activities and get the job done!

 

[Application Process]
The procedure from application to employment is as follows:
- Screening of Application Documents：Please submit the following either by post or e-mail attachment - your resume/rirekisho, a record of your employment history/shokumu keirekisho, copies of 2 forms of personal identification (license, passport, insurance card etc. Foreigners should submit copies of their passport and alien registration certificate). 
*Please note that we are unable to return any of the above documents to you.
- Interview: You will be invited to attend an interview at our offices (those living outside the Tokyo area will be asked to participate in a Skype video/telephone interview.) 
You may bring originals of any self-promotional materials. 
- Subcontract Agreement: Subject to the results of interview, you will enter into a sub-contracting agreement as a sales agent on full commission.
